Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. General Terms:
1. I can refuse to draw any characters i feel would be beyond my creative reach
2. The time it takes to finish a commission varies from 1-2 weeks
3. the art is sent via email
4. I can cancel the order if I suspect a scam

3. Payment:1. Payment will be made after providing all necessary information.
2. Payments accepted only in euro and PLN
3. Payments will only be accepted via PayPal and BLIK
4. Process:
1. The customer must send a DM with a clear character reference image followed by the type of commission requested.
2. Details will be discussed (background, expression, etc.)
3. After completing a sketch you must approve of it before I progress any further with the order
*Note that after approving of the sketch you cannot request a refund.
4. You will recive updates from me regarding the progress (Line art, coloring, rendering)
and you can always ask me for updates
5. Revisions and Changes:Changes can only be requested during the sketch stage. Significant changes in later stages of the drawing, such as modifications to expression or hair, will incur an additional cost. However, minor changes, such as background color, will be free of charge. Sketch delivery is the only opportunity for changes. Once the sketch is approved, no further modifications will be accepted.A maximum of 3 revisions are given during the sketch stage free of charge
6. Complex Characters and Additional Costs:If your character design is complex, it may incur an additional cost. Factors such as excessive spots, intricate patterns, or highly extravagant designs will increase the price depending on their complexity and difficulty to draw. Please provide detailed references for evaluation.
7. Use of Commission:1. I will post the finished artwork to my social media and may use them in my portfolio, unless stated otherwise by the client.
2. I, (Ksawi) retain all the rights to the artwork.
3. Commissioned artwork is for personal/non-commercial use ONLY.
4. You can post the artwork on your own social media as long as you credit me and my signature stays visible.
5. My work cannot be used for AI.

9 Refunds:
Refunds will only be issued before sketch delivery. If no work has been started, a 100% refund will be issued. If the sketch is already in progress but has not yet been delivered, the payment will be refunded a 90%. However, if the sketch has already been delivered, a 50% refund will be issued. No refunds will be accepted once the sketch has been approved.Add-ons are non-refundable.(The percentage is calculated based on the amount deposited into my bank account.)
10. Tips:Tips are welcome but will not expedite the commission process.
